1.802 from TexLive 2013

A bug in the version of mpost in TexLive 2013 causes problems with clefs
and possibly other glyphs. The bug is not present in TexLive 2012 with
mpost 1.504, and is present in TexLive with the 1.802 mpost binary.
The suggestion is that configure should forbid the broken version.
