The upper limit may or may not be fine: I have no idea how the version
numbers are generated and whether the fix was committed right after 1.802.
Is the lower limit the best we can figure out? The more versions we rule
out, the more people will get problems compiling LilyPond, so if we can
narrow down the forbidden area, it may avoid unnecessary problems.
