Patchy the autobot says: completion-heads-factor.ly states: "[...] notes
with a duration factor still keep their requested appearance." This is no
longer true, and it only ever was true for _integral_ duration factors.
The same holds for completion-rest.ly. Those regtests need to
appropriately changed.
