LLVM clang LilyPond runs slooowwwwwwly on more complex files. I had the
same problem with a few other pieces of software. When I compile with g++,
everything is fine.
So while this fix is definitely good, I think there are bigger problems
down the line. If we haven't already, we should specify in the
documentation that gcc is the official compiler and that all other ones
are "build at your own risk."
