The title has an appropriate question mark.
We should discuss this on -devel before considering this a bug.
The RehearsalMark inserts itself above the first Staff, which changes the
Staff position relative to the System. Should there be (or is there
already) some way to ensure that this is done before the users callback
function is activated?
