The fix for this bug also moved the *starting* point of a hairpin to the
right-hand side of the rest. This seems strange, as mentioned at
<http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2013-11/msg00935.html>
Maybe the fix should not be symmetric left-to-right
