It would seem that you could be using that function. If it does not work
properly (from the above description is seems like you have to do
additional changes to tremoli), this would, of course, warrant fixing.
Now currently the only use is in specifying beaming patterns and those are
not overly concerned about tremoli. But of course, it's better to have
things consistent anyway.
