unfold-repeats-fully (or unfold-repeats, since UnfoldedRepeatedMusic
already unfolds during iteration) plus an option to not unfold voltas would
work, and might be simpler than changing iteration.
Half of this patch is a tremolo cleanup which can stand on its own; I'll
separate that from the unfolding change.
