Under Linux mutopiaproject file 1793 is typeset faster by about 20%
score 102s -> 83s
strings 125s -> 102s
brass 180s -> 152s
When we have a distributed build of version 2.19.0 we can see if it helps
on Windows. The goal is to get back to the typesetting speed of version
2.16.
