Update search to latest development docs
I believe that we should have a "user-oriented" perspective and put 2.18
(see comment 6). Common users shouldn't land on development pages when
using the generic search bar (in the homepage). This means that dev manual
pages will search the latest stable, but I think it's the best trade-off if
we agree on the " common user perspective".
