Sometime between version 2.14, and 2.16,

http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.16/Documentation/notation/displaying-pitches#automatic-accidentals
probably with issue 2745, the rule for 'teaching' accidentals started
printing un-helpful naturals.
The regression test 'accidental-contemporary.ly' missed this case.
