At the current point of time, the above code will not produce the error
symptom, probably because of a change in spacing algorithms. I don't think
that the spacing now has specific code to avoid this sort of occurence when
kneeing, but in order to check for this issue, a different example would
need to get found. Marking as invalid while this has not been done.
