Patchy the autobot says: passes tests. A number of regtests
repeat-sign*.ly now look awful. Those should be fixed, but indeed they use
layout-set-staff-size partly in combination with StaffSymbol.staff-space in
a manner that is clearly asking for it: they appear to precompensate for
the issue 216 bug. Those tests should be changed, but the rest of the
issue seems to be suitable for review.
