Just a as courtesy to the bug squad and others who verify the patches
pushed can you include the date and the commit ID.
I do this for instance:

then change the 'Status' to 'fixed' and the Patch-push label
to 'Fixed_X_YY_ZZ where the numbers reflect the current build.
That way it makes things easier to track back especially for those 'in
between version' regressions.
