Looking at mm-rests2.png, I believe that we need two different factors: A
smaller one for `Kirchenpausen', and a larger one for standard
multi-measure rests. In the baseline version image of this regtest I like
the first line more, while in the new version I like the second line
better...
BTW, are the vertical collisions in `rest-positioning' expected?
