I _think_ it was basically uncontentious and discussion had died down on
the first iteration. The second part, replacing the translator_listener
record stuff with Scheme, has seen less review. It's rather
straightforward though and simplifies matters for the Scheme engraver.
So the labelling oversight (the announcement was there after all) does not
seem like a fatal shortcoming. I'll push later this day after rebasing etc.
