Not marking this as verified, because I believe the documentation requires
further tidying. The section "Relative octave entry" starts by asserting
that "Relative note mode has to be entered explicitly using the \relative
command:\relative startpitch musicexpr" which I understand is now
incorrect: I think the startpitch is optional. There are further
inaccuracies in that section. I'd be happy to put up a patch, if my view
that one is needed is accepted?
