The symptom appears to be cured in 2.19.9,
Issue 3254: align unassociated lyrics using NoteColumn extent.
Now the question is why we would be having "unassociated lyrics" in the
first place. I don't really have a good idea about that. But if the bug
is still there, we need a different example. So I am closing this for now.
