Fix handling of `@lilypond[verbatim]`.
Without this patch, the first occurrence of `@lilypond[verbatim]` that
doesn't use option `quote` also sets the indentation of `@example` and friends
to zero until the end of the document.
Correct handling of `@exampleindent` was added with commit 55558452 (in
2004). However, in 2008 it was accidentally removed with commit 13090d92,
and nobody has noticed the issue ever since...
