Issue 5553: fix handling of @lilypond[verbatim]
Without this patch, the first occurrence of `@lilypond[verbatim]' that
doesn't use option `quote' also sets the indentation of @example and friends
to zero until the end of the document.
Correct handling of `@exampleindent' was added with commit 55558452 (in
2004). However, in 2008 it was accidentally removed with commit 13090d92,
and nobody has noticed the issue ever since...
