Passes make and make doc on my system. For make check, I'm seeing differences
for input/regression/test-output-distance.ly (expected) but also for
input/regression/rest-dot-position.ly. I also get this when running make
test-baseline; make clean; make check without any patches, so this is probably
related to my environment.

fix color-profile warning in output-distance
The warning is "RGB color space not permitted on grayscale PNG" and
the solution is to strip the profile from the image.
