rest-dot-position.ly has become somewhat non-deterministic since at least a
year or so ago. We haven't yet figured out where the problem is but since we
don't have a better pointer to the it at the moment, it stays the way it is for
now.

fix color-profile warning in output-distance
The warning is "RGB color space not permitted on grayscale PNG" and
the solution is to strip the profile from the image.
