need more work. If, however, you intend to make a seperate tracker for whatever
is being discussed on Rietveld (or feel this patch has been approved by the dev
team) you can push, else redo the patch and set this back to new, or if you
want more review put it back to countdown.

Peter Toye suggested some additions/corrections to the
manuals a while ago in

He does not have the time to create a patch, so I prepared one for
him, mostly following his suggestions.
