Strange, I actually had attached it. Maybe SF does strip attachements for
replies via mail?
Anyway, I rebased again against current master and attached the patch, now via
the web interface.

Peter Toye suggested some additions/corrections to the
manuals a while ago in

He does not have the time to create a patch, so I prepared one for
him, mostly following his suggestions.
