There is need for a search&replace fix in the source tree. For example, command ly2dvifile becomes then lilypondfile.
Before doing that, one should figure out how to handle some conflicting lines in file `scripts/lilypond-book.py' which appear after replacing s/ly2dvi/lilypond/.
