There are currently four spots, where an explicit @ref is used for a
cross-reference to a different manual:
changing-defaults.itely:@ref{Top,Internals Reference,,lilypond-internals}.
introduction.itely:@ref{Top,Music glossary,,music-glossary}:
introduction.itely:@ref{Top,LilyPond Snippet List,,lilypond-snippets}: this
shows a

a set
While this seems to work at first glance, it breaks with bigpage. Can anyone
fix those four references (and of course the corresponding translations!) to
use @rglos, @rlsra and @rinternals.
