Currently with texi2html it appears as "Top" anyway ;-) I'll have to find a
solution for this.
The problem with the current links is that the -big-page.html pages link to
the file lilypond.html, but in the same dir as the
lilypond-learning-big-page.html, where there is no such file (it is in the
lilypond/ subdirectory).
