as well as 2 or 3 earlier messages to -devel (between 1 and 8
months before I did it) asking if anybody minded.

I must admit that I lost Jan's request; I should have added it to
the google tracker.  But I'll do this as soon as I know for
certain what we want to keep.

typography-demo.ly is already in the regtests.  Do we want to keep
all the below?
- bach sarabande
- schubert morgenlier
- mozart horn concerto
- les-nereides
