would have barfed, as well as the merge-scripts!
By the way, what version of gettext does GUB run? On my Fedora 17, it
says:
~$ gettext --version
gettext (GNU gettext-runtime) 0.18.1
Copyright (C) 1995-1997, 2000-2007 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
GUB appears to be 0.17.
