GUB appears to be 0.17.
Taken from gettext's changelog:
2007-11-07 * gettext-0.17 released.
2010-05-09 * gettext-0.18 released.
2010-06-04 * gettext-0.18.1 released.
2012-12-25 * gettext-0.18.2 released.
Might be worth an upgrade?
