Both the test file and the issue text show wrong syntax like
\end\lilypond} or \end{lilypond\ and the test file includes a file2
which we do not have. If I correct that it works for me (Ubuntu).So in order to make this reproducible and trace it down, complete and correct files would be good to have, to make sure such typos are not the reason for it.
