Added to the TODO (latest version here:
https://ao2.it/tmp/lilypond-guile2/TODO), however I am not sure when
I'll be able to take a look.

I think I saw a similar issue when using -dread-file-list with wide
characters in file names. Not sure if the cause is the same, tho.
