Hi Werner, the Index looks great, thanks a lot for your work on this!
I have two minor points of feedback on the second page: There should IMO be some padding between the boxed (magenta) headings, and they should always be in the order *Score, *Staff, *Voice, *Lyrics.
I hope this is a good place and time to mention these. Best, Simon
