I'm not a commercial publisher either, but people do occasionally pay
me small amounts of money to print and spiral bind the "books" that
are on my site for free download. See

Incidentally, I just this morning uploaded the Morley Canzonets for
two voices in a version with lilypond output (instead of the abc2ps
that I was using before I got lilypond working). All the other books,
and most of the individual pieces are in lilypond.
