upgrade woes

	I upgraded my version of lilypond from 2.0.1 to 2.1.20.  Aside from 
some minor changes in the .ly format, executing lilypond on source 
files doesn't generate a pdf file anymore, where it did before.  Are 
there any likely problems I should look into?
