It is guile's problem, it seems, got this shared libraries problems

lily/out/lilypond-bin --help
lily/out/lilypond-bin: error while loading shared libraries:
libguile-ltdl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory

I did compile guile-1.6.4 just before and only got :

/usr/share/doc/libguile12-1.6.0
/usr/share/doc/libguile12-1.6.0/ChangeLog
/usr/share/doc/libguile12-1.6.0/AUTHORS

/usr/lib/libguilereadline-v-12.so.12
/usr/lib/libguile-srfi-srfi-13-14-v-1.so.1
/usr/lib/libguile-srfi-srfi-13-14-v-1.so.1.0.0
/usr/lib/libguile-srfi-srfi-4-v-1.so.1
/usr/lib/libguilereadline-v-12.so.12.3.0

when i type

locate libguile

Read again what you just wrote! Especially, compare the version numbers, 1.6.0 <-> 1.6.4. Of course, the first step is to update the locate database if you want to use locate. Make sure that your new guile libraries are installed in a directory where the compiler and linker finds them. If, for example, you installed the new guile in /usr/local/ and /usr/local/lib/ is not found by the compiler or linker, you could either update those links using ldconfig or you could hard-code the full paths in the lilypond-bin binary using

export LDFLAGS '-Wl,-rpath,/usr/local/lib'
configure

However, if you are used to compiling programs yourself, you
probably know all these tricks already.
