Not quite sure what you are trying to achieve here. Gregorian Musik does not
have clefs and keys, at least not in the same way as e.g.
Bach or Mozart have.

If you are after creating gregorian engravings, then I do second Victor's
recommendation regarding Gregorio.

I use lilypond's gregorian stuff mainly when I'm mixing gregorian and
"normal" notation.

If that's not what you are after maybe a simple example of what you are
trying to do would help.

Again I'm not sure I understand what you are after. Could you try to create
an image to show it ?
