Well, at first the tie-markup-commands are markup-commands and documented as such. Ofcourse they can be used in Lyrics as every other markup-command. Whereas the "~" in lyricmode does indeed something special. I'm not sure, if the tie-markup-commands should be mentioned in this section, maybe... But I'm very bad in writing docs. Any proposal?
