look at http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.4/Documentation/user/out-www/lilypond-internals/Stem.html#Stem : beamed-lengths take a list, you should use something like : \override Stem #'beamed-lengths = #'(3.26 3.5 3.6) and ajust values.
