Yes, that long command works. I should mention that it worked after moving the 2.24.2 installation to \Users\"me" before it worked. Running 'lilypond-book' on it's own produces:
'lilypond-book' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Same goes for executing the 'lilypond' command.
