When I tried to make a lilypond directory myself in that location I got the
error message "Access is denied."  I am used to installation programs
asking me if they are allowed to change my computer, which I assume gives
them temporary permission to write/create directories in places that are
normally off limits. It would be nice if your installation program did this.
