I wouldn't even count bots like those, which are only trying to *read* the
site.  The problem for me was bots attempting to *write* advertising onto
the Wiki.  They seemed to have fairly smart MediaWiki-specific scripts for
creating accounts and using the newly created accounts to post spam pages.
