I don't see any non-standard indentation.  The left and right margin
is fixed in the whole score.  However, there are staves that start
later and end earlier.  IMHO, this is *not* indentation in any way.

Indentation is a fixed value outside of the music; it would normally
be set up in a `\paper` block.  On the other hand, delayed printing of
staves depend on the music.  For example, if I inserted a quarter, the
start of the staff would move to the right.
