Top posting because I have trouble bottom-posting to HTML-formatted posts.

I don't get the problem since I use either a mail client or a newsreader that
attaches the images, so can't help.

    I searched and found that my previous report was added to the bug list

    that issue says that it's *not* a regression, and only deals with flats,
    saying that sharps or naturals don't collide, so I don't know if it's
    the same problem. I was finally able to fix the collision by overriding
    the accidental X-extent:

    \relative c' {
        \time 3/4
        \stemUp ais8[ \once \override Staff.Accidental #'X-extent = #'(-4 .
    1.1) bis'' ais]
        ais,[ bis'! ais] ais, [ais' ais] ais, [ \once \override
    Staff.Accidental #'X-extent = #'(-4 . 1.1) ais''! ais]
    }

  and I don't understand the meaning of the Url give above as the last line of
Nick's message. For this link yields:

    Not Found
    The requested URL
/archive/html/lilypond-user/attachments/20100825/a23ec4bf/test.preview.png was
not found on this server.

  It has been my experience that none of these URLs given in the lilypond-user
list are valid.

  My question is: why are these invalid links included in the lilypond-user
list? In this case I am pretty sure that the URL should have been:
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2010-08/png0bHzAfkrCd.png,
which shows the lilypond pdf output from the music given in Nick's message.
Why wouldn't this link been given rather than the invalid one?

  I've raised this issue once before, but got no response. Does everyone else
not have this problem?
