It's a lot of code for a task, that I think is often needed. This > code is limited to two voices, but I already have a score laying around > here with three voices. Yes, I created an alternative that also merges multimeasure rests. It is at http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1228 and an updated version at http://code.google.com/p/lilymusic/source/browse/trunk/include/merge-rests.ily This include file could be added to LilyPond. It still has the limitation that it only supports two voices. best regards, Wilbert Berendsen -- Frescobaldi, LilyPond editor for KDE: http://www.frescobaldi.org/ Nederlands LilyPond forum: http://www.lilypondforum.nl/ _______________________________________________ lilypond-user mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lilypond-user
