It looks as if lilypond finds a call for a seventh string on your
(probably) six-string guitar
tablature. Perhaps frescobaldi tried to convert a string number into a
reduced rhythm?

Yes, exactly: if the note has no duration or it's not included inside <>, Fresco converts it: for example g\4 was turned into g\8
I'll tell Wilbert to take \ into account
