All, the TSC has requested that we document how we upstream code and I've been pulling this together. See the wiki page at https://wiki.linaro.org/OfficeofCTO/Upstreaming. I am trying to explain this whole process to a newbie, how Linaro operates 'honestly' (working upstream, not hanging onto code etc) and to push back on any accusations that we are 'slow' at upstreaming. Your comments are welcome, I'd appreciate some other code base examples (say gcc, Android).
