I hope you had a great LDS. It was a pleasure to meet you all.
I am excited about all the work we are going to do now that there are
more of us .
Here are some agenda items suggestions for this weeks PM call.
* Go through the breakdown of who is PMing what so we are all on the same page
* Discuss providing BIP access to all PMs so they are always reachable on IRC
* Wiki clean up ( as per jorge's proposal during the lightning talks at UDS)
* Using the monthly cycle to deliver on PM plans. The following ideas
come to mind:
* Using an IRC bot for standups. The more I think about standups the
more I think we should do them regardless of the processes we follow
* Capture the collaboration flow between LTs and Linaro platform
* Wiki location??
* Review PM tools
* IRC room for PM specific discussions?
I added them to the wiki page [1] so have a look when you can.
