I have added the following to the agenda ( maybe some duplication with the
above)
* Start deploying Agile Development methods
* Product backlogs are defined by the TSC and refined at LDS
* Plan monthly Sprints, creating Sprint backlogs
* Close Monthly Sprints ( retrospectives)
* Deliver monthly functional images
* Define Scrum best practices that fits Linaro teams. (possibly Using an
IRC bot for standups, as suggested by Anmar) See above bullet
* How to Deliver monthly working images
* Starting with monthly Linaro kernel releases
* Integrate other Working Groups / Engineering units monthly
deliverables with Linaro kernel releases
* run validation on the monthly images
* Improve Technical Requirement proof of completion
* Test cases and Validation: Engineers to add test cases for new features
and hand in to the validation farm to execute and report test results and
problems
