Hi,

I've sketched out a plan for selection a Work Tracking Tool (or tool(s) if 
necessary).

I've shared the Tool Spreadsheet to start gathering the requirements for the 
tool using the PM's for input.

Plan:

Week of May 16th (Week 20): Consider this the start of the Pilots and 
Evaluations
Week of May 23rd (Week 21): Gather PM's input. Get list of Tools being piloted 
into the spreadsheet (Vicky)
Week of May 30th (Week 22): or because of Public Reviews probably Week of June 
6th: prioritize the list with the PM group. Socialize requirements with people 
like Kiko, David R., Joe Bates etc.
June 30th (Week 26): End of Pilot and Evaluations
Week of July 4th (Week 27): Update spreadsheet with Evaluation feedback. PM's 
propose a solution for August Gathering
